Deep research and experience across healthcare, fintech, and enterprise software, now building AI-powered products. I lead teams, mentor designers, ship product, and advise C-suites on the UX problems blocking their biggest revenue lines.
I've always been deeply curious about what drives human behavior—and how design can be used to influence, persuade, and enhance people's lives. That curiosity led me to earn a Master's in Clinical Psychology, giving me scientific insight into behavior, cognitive biases, and decision-making that most UX leaders lack.
I've spent my career applying that foundation in the real world: shadowing nurses, physicians, traders, shoppers, and gamers to uncover their actual pain points and design solutions that move the needle.
I'm also an expert in AI—both building AI-powered products (LLM copilots, RAG systems, generative UI) and using AI tools to accelerate my team's workflow. We ship 10× faster and more creatively than we did two years ago. This combination of psychology, hands-on craft, and AI fluency means I can tackle problems most UX leaders can't.
